FLU VACCINATIONS NOW AVAILABLE..... Please make an appointment at your earliest convenience. If you are over 65yrs old, pregnant or in one of the 'At Risk' groups we have purchased a vaccination for you. We order the vaccines one year in advance to ensure that we have enough for every patient that is entitled to one. Please get your vaccination with us to avoid your vaccination going to waste. Thank you for supporting your GP Practice.

CARE NAVIGATION - Our receptionists are here to help you get to the right service. Please don't be offended if they ask what the problem is when you call to make an appointment.

The receptionist might suggest other professionals that could help you such as: Opticians, Pharmacist, Nurse, Family Services or Support Groups. Thank you for your co-operation with this.

Test Results

Advice about hospital reports and tests may be obtained by telephone after 10:00 on 01833 690707. The receptionists are able to give you your result and they will tell you if you need to collect a prescription or make an appointment to see a nurse/doctor. Please allow three working days for most tests to be completed.

All patients who have had investigations or blood tests should phone for the results and see if any follow-up is required.

Our strict policy on confidentiality prevents us from giving out results to anyone other than the patient unless we have prior permission for their release or if the patient is not capable of understanding them.
