CANCELLATION OF COVID VACCINATION 2ND DOSE - 20TH & 21ST JAN 2021
Following new Government Guidance - NHS England have cancelled the 2nd Dose of the Covid Vaccine. You will be invited to attend for your 2nd vaccination within 12 weeks of your 1st appointment.
'Free' Flu Vaccinations for 50-64 year old patients - NHS Extended Vaccination Programme
In this unusual COVID19 year the NHS is undertaking an extended flu vaccination programme this winter to include patients over the age of 50. This is a free flu jab programme aimed at protecting a larger proportion of the population from flu. The practice is now booking patients in for their flu jab for the 50-64 year age group. Please call 01833 690408 to make your appointment. We are working efficiently to make sure everyone gets vaccinated as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING FACE MASKS - From 15th June 2020 in line with Government guidance - if you are invited to attend the practice for a face to face appointment you must wear a face covering eg face mask or scarf. Those who feel they are exempt from wearing a face mask due to age, health or disability reason must inform a member of staff on arrival.
CARE NAVIGATION - Our receptionists are here to help you get to the right service. Please don't be offended if they ask what the problem is when you call to make an appointment. The receptionist might suggest other professionals that could help you such as: Opticians, Pharmacist, Nurse, Family Services or Support Groups. Thank you for your co-operation with this.
